I've created automated reports/dashboards for both a large streaming service and Brooks Running across all European activity tracking activity across 20+ markets and over £20m of spend.
This meant less time pulling data and more time working on analysis and insights, allowing us to implement optimisations faster and spot market trends, ultimately leading to more sales.
To help grow the show long-term, we doubled awareness budget YoY and split out our campaign structure on Meta accordingly.
We mimicked this approach across Google Ads, Display, YouTube, and TikTok and both boosted sales in the short term and helped to create sustained demand in periods of lower seasonal sales (Impr. up 70%, Revenue up 34%, ROAS up 15%). We also ran brand and search lift studies, delivering 48% awareness lift (vs. 11% Google benchmark) and 32% search lift PoP.
To capitalise on hype ahead of the revival of Starlight Express, we ran a sign-up campaign across Meta, Tiktok, Google Ads, that led to the fastest extension in UK theatre history.

Brooks were looking to expand their reach via Lead Gen in key EMEA markets. I managed these campaigns across Meta and Demand Gen, helping to reach new runners via giveaways and other incentives.

Whilst running campaigns for Hello, Dolly!, we were initially short on creative assets. However, we got around this by repurposing and re-editing existing video content to be digital-first traffic drivers.
We used a deep-rooted understanding of how audiences consume video in a mobile-first world, overlaying brand and key messages.
Traffic and revenue skyrocketed, up 116%/143% MoM with spend flat.
Launched and managed PPC campaigns across Demand Gen, YouTube, Search, PMax across 8 markets for a large mobile phone / tech brand.
Revenue of $1.1m, ROAS of 16:1 in first 2 months of campaign (vs. previous launch of $580k revenue, 14.2 ROAS).
To drive ticket sales for the Wicked tour, we ran digital out of home ads across sites in cities where the show was playing.
We were then able to retarget people who'd seen the ad, with mobile display ads optimised to get people to purchase tickets.
We were able to track footfall to the theatre as a measure of success, with ROAS double what we saw on Meta.
